Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at indulge.in.scent@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
