Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
